Kenya AA
Kenya AA
Medium roast: Kenya AA is the largest bean grown in Kenya, and brews up a complex, fruity, light, and very bright cup. This is an exquisite coffee with an assertive, lively personality. A full body, delicate acidity, wine-like finish.
Gititu Farmers Cooperative is one of the oldest specialty coffee cooperatives in Kenya, established in 1957. In the Kikuyu language, Gititu means ‘a big forest’. The cooperative has several wet mills in the region, including the wet mill of this lot, Ikinu. Ikinu is a small village in Kiambu County, Kenya. Coffee producer members of Gititu from this village have farms that average less than 1 acre.
The cooperative is managed by an elected board of directors and the day to day operations are run by a factory manager. The manager is in charge of member registration, record keeping and processing of the cherries after they are delivered to the factory.

About our K-Cups
We use fully recyclable coffee pods that fit most single serve brew systems. The entire pod can be recycled, just rinse and put with your household recyclables!
Choose drip grind for drip style coffee makers. Coarse grind is best for cold brewing or a French press. Select whole bean to grind it at home and optimize freshness.
